Panda Bear Cookies



Before you start make sure you already have Panda Cookie Cutter Set. It looks like this picture:

Here are ingredients you need:                              

Two tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Two and ½ cups all purpose flour

⅛ teaspoon salt

One cup unsalted butter, room temperature

¾ cup granulated white sugar

One egg

One and ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract

One and ½ teaspoons orange zest


Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

3. Add in egg, vanilla extract and orange zest until blended.

4. Slowly add in salt and flour.

5. Cut dough in half. With ½ of cookie dough, mix in two tablespoons of cocoa powder.

6. Cover in plastic wrap
and place in refrigerator for an hour.
           
7. Roll out portions of your cookie dough on a lightly floured surface.

8. Cut out your different shaped pandas and layer your pieces on top of each other.

9. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes, or until lightly golden on top and the edges are set. Don't over bake them, or the white portions of the cookies will be brown.

If you have some family party you must cook some Panda Bear Cookies for kids, they will excite to eat them. If you are parents you can ask your children to cook together, it must have so much fun. Hope you can enjoy.
