Hokkaido Chiffon Cake




Most people like cake, it always give us good memories.If you like eat sweets you must know Japanese cake is very popular, but do not worry you do not need go to Japan. I will tech you how to make Hokkaido Chiffon Cake on today. The reason why it is so memorable because it is ultimate plays the soft of Chiffon Cake.

Directions:
1. In the large mixing bowl, put 4 yolks, 3 big spoon corn oil, 2 big spoon milk, 2 big spoon while sugar together.
2. Beat 5 egg white until they become foamy and add while sugar continues stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Mix egg while into the mixture.

4. Set up all paper cup you need and filling with mixture.

5. Preheat oven to 340 Fahrenheit.
6.Combine the whipping cream, warmed milk, eggs, while sugar, cake flour and cornstarch.


The Chiffon Cake flour content is very low, not enough to support its own structure, but you can add cream filling inside the cake. When you finish it may look not good, but it will suppress you when you eat.
